Our organisation is purely welfare voluntary organisation of poor primitive for all weaker section of the Society & non-political organistion, which is imparting and exploring various welfare activities for needy and destitute women and children. To serve the approved humanity particularly of women, children, youth and aged, irrespective of cast, creed and community stands the mission of the association. The organisation fulfills these objective through campaigning community awareness through need based training, production-cum-vocational training rehabilitation services of needy, children & destitute women for a wide spectrum of people of both urban and rural. 

EMA Socio Welfare Society stands for ECONOMIC, MEDICINAL & AGRO-BASED SOCIO WELFARE SOCIETY which was established in 2007 which is registered under Societies Act 1860 on 24/09/2007 vide Registration No. RS/KAM/240/A-9/776/2007 to establish a moral human society in the grounds of TRUTH, LOVE and COMPASSION by development skill technology and awareness about the moral values and Socio-Economic Justice among the people and thereby strengthening and maintaining Peace, Harmony and Amity among the different communities since EMA has a great meaning in Bishnupriya Manipuri Language which means Mother.
